WHAT IS FOOD SENSITIVITY
TESTING?
We cannot avoid food, it is what
keeps us alive and a good diet is what keeps us healthy. Some people are
sensitive or intolerant to certain foods. Usually the foods they eat most
frequently, causing digestive disturbances, bloating, skin reactions, low
energy, and a negative effect on health in general. As a result they avoid
these problematic foods. This can eventually lead to health problems, poor
diet and nutritional deficiency. It seems that the food sensitive person
cannot win!
Kinesiology could be the answer
as it is an amazing, natural, valuable tool for healthy living. It can
strengthen our body’s reaction system, balance our energy and identify
specific digestive aids to help with the problem. Sometimes the problem food
or substance need only be avoided whilst the body restores its natural
tolerance and balance.
WHAT HAPPENS
DURING A FOOD SENSITIVITY TESTING SESSION?
The session lasts 1 hour or
more. During your session detailed case notes will be taken. Then you will
receive an energy balance treatment. This will ensure that the body is
giving reliable information and answers. Your reaction to a set of vials
containing food/nutrition substances will be monitored. You are invited to
bring along any specific products of your own that you wish to test. There
is no guesswork as your muscle test will reveal foods that are bad for you
and foods that are neutral or beneficial. Common foods that cause
sensitivity reactions include: Coffee, Tea, Colas and Chocolate, Tomatoes,
Peppers, Aubergine, Potatoes. Dairy Products, Eggs. Spices, Sugar, Salt,
Bread and Grains and Meat.
HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE NEEDED?
You can relieve your food
sensitivities quickly and naturally with Kinesiology. One session is usually
all that is needed or, occasionally, two. It is, however, advisable to have
a re-check one month and three months after the initial session to evaluate
the body's reaction system.
